Healthy habits don't start later in life...they begin in the earliest years.

Their tastes, their routines, their relationship with food, it's all being shaped right now.

It's much easier to build good, strong habits early than it is to break unhealthy ones later.

The junk food industry spends billions every year marketing junk food, much of it is aimed directly at children.

Hook them young, and build lifelong customers.

H
ooking them early is big business.

The average child in North America consumes about 16-17 teaspoons of sugar a day. That adds up to roughly 60 pounds a year.

Food companies spend around $1 billion a year targeting kids on TV alone.

Breakfast cereal is one of the most heavily advertised categories, with hundreds of millions spent each year marketing directly to children.

Turning sugar into breakfast for kids.

 START STRONG

 Pressure is coming either way.

They'll feel it. They'll struggle with it.

What matters is having someone there to guide them, to steady them, and teach them how to hold on when it gets heavy.

Because one day, we won't be there to say "hold."

What looks like "too much energy" is often just energy without an outlet.

Kids aren't wired for chairs and screens all day.  The amount of screen time some children are taking in everyday is equivalent to a full-time job!

Regular exercise not only supports physical health, but it also improves focus, confidence, self-control, and emotional well-being.

Kids do much better when exercise is a regular part of their day.

I know there are endless distractions just a click away ...

But if you're serious about your health, your mindset, and building a genuine financial upside for you and your family, you're in the right place.
