HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING

Independent testing, including a recent Consumer Reports investigation of 23 popular protein powders and supplements, found that more than two-thirds contained concerning levels of heavy metals such as lead.
The report included a protein powder from a popular influencer and podcaster that contained nearly double the daily level of concern for lead per serving.
That should raise some serious questions. This is a highly unregulated industry. Supplement companies are not required to prove their products are safe, effective, or even accurately labeled before they are sold to the public.
Many of the products tested are widely marketed and heavily promoted online, putting a lot of people at risk.
That's why transparency and third-party testing matter.
The world of wellness and supplement slinging is largely unregulated.
Journalist, dietician, and author Christy Harrison puts it this way: "Supplements are a perfect target for wellness grifters. The industry has little meaningful oversight, and products can hit the market quickly. And the profit margins are huge."

Public Health Investigation
A CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) investigation linked a Salmonella outbreak to Live it Up greens powder supplements, sickening 45 people and hospitalizing 12 across the United States.

Quality Supplements are not just about what goes in, but what stays out.
Responsible manufacturers use independent third-party testing to screen for heavy metals, harmful microbes like Salmonella, and mold contamination. These results should be verified through a Certificate of Analysis (COA), giving consumers real proof of purity and safety.
